    Secret Santas:
    1.A certain number of mobsters participate.
    2.Each mobster receives a number 1- whatever
    3.That is the order you pick your gift.
    4.First mobster has choice of any gift.
    5. Next mobster can either take new gift or take the gift of the first mobster.
    6.If the first mobsters gift is taken he/she may re-pick a new gift.
    7.Following mobsters have same choice as second mobster.
    8.Last mobster gets his/her option of all the seen gifts.
    9. Staff provides and wraps gits.

    what about a weapon the lower level members can use to hit the high levels and kill them for a couple of days :-) 1 hit only then pass the weapon on and get 100k exp
