    So when we are in a war, I have come to these conclusions:

    1.) You cannot accept members, kick members, nor can anyone leave the gang on their own. So if the teams are lopsided, one team is going to have an advantage because they will have more people to be able to hit every 10 minutes.

    2.) The vault is locked. No points/cash can be transferred from the vault when in war, or when your gang is involved in a pending war.

    no. if you need stuff from your vault for your gang during a war you should be able to get it.

    You can get some stuff, like items. But not money and points.

    Yeah. See, in a real war? Gangs buy certs, kits and drugs with that cash. Gang wars seem cool for a lark, but I don't see them taking the place of the old fashioned, never ending beatdowns. :haha:
