Account Sales-
Mafia Death doesn't condone any Account selling. That is why we do not let you post or advertise it on our forums. As this has forever been a thorn in our side. However, we do allow you to privately make the transactions to sell your accounts and recoup some of what you had put into the game.
Albeit, if you get scammed it is not MafiaDeath's or the staff's responsibility to get your account back for you because we do not allow it to begin with. If you get scammed we can only offer to investigate and ban the party that scammed you. But causing a commotion and screaming to get your account back will not help. In giving in we would be going against our initial rule of not condoning and supporting account sales.
You are allowed ONE account, when you buy one you have a month to have your old one deleted or sell/give it away. You cannot buy an account to strip it, you can not go halves in buying an account to strip it. You buy it you must move into it. If for some reason you are buying an account for a friend via paypal, it must be their account and you can not have any say in it, nor are you to receive anything from the account (ie. Points for buying half of the account). This would equate to you having two accounts. This has been a grey area until now, we hope this clears it up.
Piloting-
Allowing another person to play your account to level up, stat up, etc. is not allowed. Anyone found to be doing so from this point onwards will be banned. If you are going away for an extended length of time you can have someone in your account but they must NOT have an account already on that server.
There may be special exceptions for when a player needs their dailies done when they're on holiday or in a similarly rare event, if this is the case you need to ask permission from staff in a Gm or Admin position, in a support ticket, but otherwise it's completely disallowed.

Recent events regarding account sales have been dealt with at an admin and owner level. Dave had the final say and it was sorted between the people involved. -
