    Rampage details:

    Date: September 9th, 2009

    Length: 24 hours, update to update.

    Place: Any city, no city is safe :evil:

    Participants:

    Register their ID via the news post.

    Rules:

    1. Absolutely NO CERT's! Kits are allowed.

    2. Valid kills are registered players (news post) and 30+day inactive accounts.

    3. All Participants must keep track of their kills or deaths via Acct Id's or Profile url's. Utilize your profile signature, notepad, puter notepad. Whichever works easiest for you.

    4. Suicides are allowed. Same stipulation. Must be registered or acct 30+days inactive. If you Glitch, DO NOT count that death. If you do, and I catch it, You will be Disqualified.

    5. No inactive accounts will be awarded prizes.

    Prizes:

    There will be prizes for both sides of the fence. Killed and Killer.

    1st~5k points and a 30 day RM.
    2nd~3k points
    3rd~2k points
