    I think anyone can find in any staff forum a quote from me saying FMs are the most under-paid under-respected over-abused staff members we have...

    I understand the decision to goto zero pay BUT if anyone deserves it, its FMs.

    Im not trying to say pay the FMs... im saying stop bitching at them before they are even appointed... they have their work cut out for them... more so the people new to the job.

    question.. guilty conscience about? :hmm: if you can even remotely back up that comment with some sort of FACTS you go ahead. otherwise, STFU.

    I hope Dave does stick with no pay. in the long run it is his decision, but I can guarantee it won't be in a few months if he ever does decide to pay anything. :wink:

    Shes right, If they dont get paid it will be a fair playing field and on top of that, you will get staff that actually want to be there for the job and not for the payment, so they can feed other accounts else where.
    Therefore in theory they will be more dedicated.

    Dave could pay at the beginning and it won't be that much an advantage. Rms, color name, maybe a gradient name.

    That isn't much an advantage.

    People want to be a gm/fm/admin for the points. It sure isn't because they love to be bash and degraded on the forums. Or is it something else they do it for?

    The whole no pay decision is to stop the whiners that complain about staff getting paid even tho its a fake currency.

    Hello Dave :smile: I would make a good FM because I hold all the traits you are looking for as a prime Forum Moderator. I know my way around the new core and all its new functions you introduce. I keep up with your news posts, updates, and twitter feed so I am always ready and willing to help anyone figure out anything they need. I am an active forum user, knowing what is allowed and where it should be posted. I live in the Central timezone, same as game time. I am online 3+ hours a day, usually more. I am 19 years old, will be 20 on March 15 (remember that day, I expect a celebration) And I provide fun and entertaining posts when needed and also am one of the easiest people to get along with :smile:
