    We have been replacing items, money, points etc. based on peoples honesty. Well we can now see exactly what people have received back and to be honest some of it is mind boggling. Some of you have made 5 or more tickets claiming more and more. So im sorry but the free supermarket is now closed. This dosent mean we will not replace lost items, it means if your a level 50 and want 5 rares an LPI and 10k points, dont hold your breath.

    Also, people we can now see have abused the system and the trust will have items/points/money removed and also their account frozen till we sort out what stays and what go's. You will NOT be reimnbursed for lost time either.
    Staff have been working round the clock and to say we are sick of the bullshitters is now an understatement. All this has done is create more work and to slow things down again.

    All staff are armed with the freeze button and we are now starting to retrieve some items given in blind faith. Thankyou Dave for the extra tab so we can track what people have been given.
