    Hi all,

    As you all know, we're all responsible adults, and so on our beloved St. Patrick's Day, we vow not to start knocking back beers until after 10am... but once we do, we all know what happens -- that's right, you get real confident at the gym and do a lot better after a beer! Also it turns out it's really bad to drive after a beer, so if you're under the influence your travel costs shoot right up there when driving!

    Just because you shouldn't drink before 10am, it doesn't mean you can't go out and get your beers before then! So make sure to stock up and enjoy your St. Paddy's Day!

    And as always -- the gym boost stacks with any and all other boosts you can get your hands on!
